PACT Act Benefits: What Veterans Need to Know

The PACT Act expands VA health care and disability benefits for veterans exposed to burn pits, toxic substances, and other hazardous environments.

Understanding the PACT Act

The Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act is a federal law that expands VA health care and disability compensation for veterans exposed to toxic substances during military service.

It adds new presumptive conditions and expands eligibility for VA health care.
